The short version: If you're not satisfied with your website at any point before we transfer it to you, we'll refund 100% of what you've paid, including your deposit. After transfer, all sales are final.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to website design and development projects purchased from Sasse Web, operated by Slade Sasse, a sole proprietor based in Gillette, Wyoming ("Sasse Web," "we," "us"). It applies to every package, including Launch, Growth and custom-quoted projects.
2. How payment works

Deposit: 50% of the project price is due to start your project.
•
Balance: the remaining 50% is due when your website is ready to be transferred to you.
•
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars.
3. Our pre-transfer satisfaction guarantee
Before we transfer your website, you'll review it on a private preview link. If you're not satisfied for any reason before transfer, you may request a full refund. We will refund all amounts you have paid to Sasse Web for that project, including the deposit.
4. What "transfer" means
"Transfer" is the moment we hand the finished website over to you. That means one or both of the following, whichever happens first:
•
we move the Framer project into your Framer account (or invite you as owner), or
•
we publish the website on your domain at your request.
Transfer happens only after you approve the website and pay the balance.
5. No refunds after transfer
Once your website has been transferred, the project is complete and all payments are final and non-refundable. After transfer, you own the website and control it, so we can't take it back or reverse the work. This includes any maintenance period included in your package, which begins at transfer.
6. How to request a refund
Email sales@sasseweb.com with the subject line "Refund request" before transfer, from the email address used for your project, and include your business name. You don't need to give a reason, though feedback is always welcome. We'll confirm your request within 1 business day.
7. When you'll receive your refund
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe within 5 business days of your request. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to show the credit.
8. Cancellation

By you: you may cancel your project at any time before transfer by emailing sales@sasseweb.com. Cancelling before transfer is treated as a refund request under section 3, and you'll receive a full refund of what you've paid.

By us: if we determine we can't deliver your project as agreed, we'll cancel it and refund all amounts you've paid.
•
When a project is cancelled before transfer, any work in progress, including designs, copy and research, stays with Sasse Web and is not delivered.
9. Third-party costs
Website hosting is not included in our price. Hosting is billed by Framer (or another host you choose) directly to you, and those charges are governed by that provider's own refund terms. The same applies to other third-party subscriptions your site uses, such as Chatbase (AI chat assistant), Zapier or another CRM connector, or a CRM plan upgrade. Sasse Web can't refund amounts you paid to third parties.
10. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at sales@sasseweb.com or (307) 306-8169. We'll make it right under this policy. That is usually faster than a dispute with your bank.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect on the date you paid your deposit applies to your project.
